Impact information:
We spend 83p in every £1 supporting people with mental health problems.

The rest goes towards running the organisation, including generating funds, research and planning for the future.

Donate to Linzi's Mind Just Giving page. Thank you. 🙏

We're here to help make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

About Mind

Every donation made to National Trails UK helps strengthen and promote the UK’s inspirational network of National Trails, so more people can explore these incredible long-distance routes and experience the benefits of being in the great outdoors.

The National Trails are inspirational long-distance routes that pass through some of the most beautiful and diverse landscapes in the UK. There are 21 designated National Trails across England, Scotland and Wales, with the King Charles III England Coast Path opening as we speak. The National Trails are the jewels of the UK’s public rights of way, allowing millions of people to discover over 6,000 miles of moorland, peatland, canals, chalkland, towns, cities, and coastlines.

National Trails UK is the only charity that champions the National Trails, giving them a strong collective voice and enabling them to deliver more for people, place and planet. We do this by influencing policy to better protect the National Trails and the landscapes through which they pass, promoting the National Trails and the benefits they bring to people and place, and enabling the people who work so hard to preserve these special places.
